MA Sports Horses is based at Northfield Stables in Medstead Nr Alton in Hampshire. Northfield Stables has some 10 acres of grazing and is currently able to accommodate upto 10 horses. This website is designed to provide information about Malcolm Aitken and the horses in training as well as provide information about his achievements.

Having been introduced to horses by his late mother and ridden competitively as a teenager, Malcolm rekindled his love affair with horses shortly after Graduating in Sports Science 1999. Show Jumping soon progressed from being a weekend hobby into becoming the reason for going to work. The provision of sponsorship from Vantis Plc in 2005/06 was a key assistance in his successes during his time balancing competing and office work. In late 2006, Malcolm decided that horses were the career for him and office life was phased out. After a brief period of sharing a yard in Windsor, Berkshire Malcolm decided to go it alone in late 2007 and the rest as they say is history. Whilst Malcolm's main competition interest is in Show Jumping he aims to educate young horses for competition careers over all disciplines. Malcolm also rides and competes horses on behalf of Clients, further details are available on the services page. |
